Step 3: The Discovery Brief / Alignment Call: We conduct a short Discovery / Diagnostic Call Intake Brief where the advisor reviews the initial challenge and delivers a preliminary micro-assessment. This proves the value of the asynchronous model before locking into a monthly retainer.
