2. Professional Governance & NDAs
For all high-level advisory tiers (Audits, Oversight, and Mentorship), SITESORIGHT operates under a mandatory Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (M-NDA).
- Protocol: No sensitive organizational data or proprietary metadata should be shared until an M-NDA has been executed by both parties.
- Verification: We reserve the right to decline service if a prospect’s project complexity or organizational alignment does not meet our discovery criteria.
3. Engagement & Payment Terms
- Retainer Model: Strategic Oversight and Mentorship are provided on a monthly retainer basis, paid 100% in advance. * Initialization: Access to the private portal and the “Strategic Discovery Protocol” is only activated upon receipt of payment and a signed Service Agreement.
- No Refunds: Due to the bespoke, expertise-driven nature of our diagnostic briefs and advisory hours, payments are non-refundable once the engagement has initialized.
- Automatic Termination: Failure to settle the monthly retainer in advance will result in immediate suspension of portal access and oversight activities.
4. Independent Validation Disclaimer
- Objective Perspective: SITESORIGHT provides an independent, third-party perspective. Our Strategic Briefs are based on the data and “context deposits” provided by the client.
- No Outcomes Guaranteed: While we provide high-velocity trajectory recommendations, we do not guarantee specific financial results or project success. The implementation of our recommendations remains the sole responsibility of the client’s internal management.
5. Digital Products & Licensing
- Non-Refundable: All digital products, including templates, toolkits, and the book “Time Well Lived,” are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
- Usage License: Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of SITESORIGHT intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Sitesoright.com, including text, the “Strategic Discovery Protocol” methodology, logos, and proprietary diagnostic frameworks, is the property of SITESORIGHT and protected by international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SITESORIGHT or its principal be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or project delays) arising from the use of our advisory or digital products. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Jamaica and shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any legal action or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jamaica.
